QUALITY

The fusion of the meticulous production technology held by the Japanese and the creative design of Italy.
An all-handmade product that pursues both high quality and playfulness.

#01 Commitment to manufacturing process

We aim to create a custom-made comfort. Each pair is handmade using the "bag sewing method" where the upper and sole are sewn in a bag-like shape to achieve a snug fit when worn.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a SHANK BOARD made of reinforced fiber material to support body weight in the midsole.

Soft areas are soft, hard areas are hard, and this original manufacturing method reflects the expertise cultivated in gentleman's shoe production in sneakers. Please note that the manufacturing method may vary depending on the model.

#02 Commitment to Planning and Design

The fusion of Japanese technology and creative Italian design.

We have been producing sneakers with the concept of "Japanese sneakers seen from overseas" since our founding.

The designer himself is a sneaker collector, and the designs are created with inspiration from classic masterpieces of the past, reflecting a commitment to materials as a shoe craftsman.

#03 Obsession with Wooden Molds

The wooden last, self-made to fit the feet of Japanese people, is designed with minimal arching of the toes to provide stability when worn.

We make them to fit perfectly by slightly thinning the thickness from the base of the toes to the fingertips when worn.

#04 Obsession with insoles

The insole uses a soft 5mm memory foam urethane.

By attaching a slightly raised wool fabric on top, it absorbs the impact of walking and achieves a soft, comfortable feel against the skin.

#05 Focus on the midsole

The EVA midsole with "NEW’Z model" features allows for adjusting hardness in the front and back (front: soft, back: hard), creating an original midsole that focuses on cushioning during walking.

We have also developed an original PU midsole with "NEW'Zbe" that achieves high cushioning and walking support.

#06 Focus on the outsole

The rubber of the outsole is made by specifying the material from the particle part.

We use a special rubber that is soft, flexible, and has a good grip.

#07 Commitment to leather selection, sewing, etc.

The genuine leather used in sneaker production is a custom order with detailed specifications for dyeing and thickness.

Our specialized staff carefully checks for scratches and thickness in the leather, and selects only the parts that have passed the standards, avoiding areas with many wrinkles, for use.

#08 Commitment to Production System and Workshop

In Japan, tasks such as gluing, producing shoe soles, sewing, and inspecting are outsourced to subcontractors, leading to a division of labor. Therefore, Sangacio International established its own workshop in Thailand, where facilities and expertise in sneaker production are accumulated in Southeast Asia.

We produce all of our products by hand at our directly managed workshop, using production techniques that pay attention to the smallest details that Japanese people possess. By handling everything from planning to manufacturing, inspection, export/import, and sales in Japan and Thailand, we are able to provide our customers with products of very high quality.

To maintain full control over quality, we established our own workshop in Thailand, a hub in Southeast Asia where global sneaker manufacturing equipment and expertise are concentrated.

By managing the entire process in-house between Japan and Thailand—from planning and manufacturing to quality control, import/export, and sales—we are able to provide products of exceptionally high quality.
